Very helpful article! I will definitely share with some of my friends who regretted having the vaccine. Grass fed butter and cod liver oil in combination and making lots of bone broth were part of my immune system build up strategy both post menopause and during the plandemic years, courtesy of Sally Fallon Morrel of Nourishing Traditions and The Weston Price Foundation.
